TRAINING - coaching stats and how to set them

I've been playing Fm for over 2 years now. Pretty experienced player. I do have a question though I have still not figured out.

Lets say it like this so it's not too confusing.

My team has 8 coaches.

When you click training all coaches have all training categories highlighted.

Should I unclick all the categories and just set them to train in the one category they are best at?

Should I leave coach A to coach all abilities with 2-3 stars or unclick all and set him to say attacking where he has 4 stars?

I've only seen a 5 star coach maybe 5 times !!

Tried to experiment with this but it's very hard to see a true answer.

I usually try and get coaches that have a high value for an attribute with high determination

More or less something like 17-20 attacking and a determination of atleast 10.

I than set him to train in only attacking where he can get about 4 stars.

So in a nutshell... set all my coaches to train all categories thus having 8 people train attacking or just specialize in one category for each coach?

At the beginning when resources are tight i let one guy cover everything, but once i have enough funds to play with I tend to have one coach per area.

Always specialize: more stars = better.

And for coaches, look at their determination, discipline and motivating. Those are important stats.

And yes, 5 star coaches are hard to come by. I don't have any myself
