Masterstroke
Do you think that SI should implement a new training system that allows the player to observe training performance, and allow it to have an effect on potential in match performance? As things stand most team selections are made on the form of previous matches, and of course that is logical, but every now and then when a first team player is out and a backup player has to be called up the process of selection can become a bit of a gamble. What I mean is that maybe a reserve player has the better stats than some others but maybe he is lackadaisical on the training ground, refer to the Babel scenario going on at the moment. Possibly an end-of-week training report is required, or possibly some sort on weekly/daily in depth training performance is required. At the moment we do have training feedback, but it feels a lot less useful than it could be, coaches barely if ever write about training performance in the player report screen and it seems to only be concentrated on player stat progression. bardock
This isn't a bad idea. Another side benefit would be we'd get a better idea of how professional our players are.
Tomer
Training needs an overhaul and this would be a very god idea to implement.
