matriz
I bought FM10 last week and when I was trying to save the game for the first time it appeared me this saving error "the game could not be saved". I use windows 7 is it because of that? It doesn't make sense.. I was never able to play the game or save it before, because i just can't save it. I tryed in a different folder and with a different name, and nothing. Can somebody help me? I bought the game I want to play it! Thanks
Edle
it could be down to lack of space on your hard drive. of course there are many possible reasons.
matriz
it is not that reason because i have plenty of space. i just started the game, it is brand new. I don't know what can it be...
Andyfm5
check that you can create a file, just a text file or something, in the directory that it saves the game in, to rule out a local permissions problem.
matriz
Andyfm5 I can't save any other file in that location. I'm surprised because I'm the only person using the laptop, how can I gain local permissions?
Blanchflower1
Did you check your laptop for virsus?
matriz
I've already changed the permissions. Thank you for your help
Andyfm5
If you can't create a file in that directory it is definitely permission related - right click on the folder and add yourself to the permissions, if it is a share also give yourself permissions to the share
EVH5150
Running the program as an administrator should also work.
