nickisok
i have found a strange situation. i downloaded a file that made promotion/relegation to the dutch hoofdklasse (3th division) avaidable. the hoofdklasse consists of 6 competitions. the champion of each compition plays a group-playoff with the other 5 winners. 2 teams wil directly relegate from the jupiler league to a club from the hoofdklasse. as you can see the club fc omniworld got relegated from the jupiler league. http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb236/nickwanmaker/Jupilerleague.png in the hoofdklasse competition Zondag A fc omniworld amateurs became the champions. however, the club ADO'20 got a playoff ticket. http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb236/nickwanmaker/HoofdklasseA.png so now, the playoffs look like this http://i208.photobucket.com/albums/bb236/nickwanmaker/playoffs.png why did ado 20 get in the playoffs? and what will hapen to fc omniworld and fc omniworld amateurs? Quackje
Probably because it would be silly to have the reserve team ahead of the real team but really since this isn't an official version of it who knows what it might do.
RawrrrFace16
I thought the rules were if the reserves ever got into the same league as their main team then the main team gets relegated whilst the reserves stay in the top division?

Are Omniworld Amateurs a reserve side of FC Omniworld? If so FIFA rules would not allow for a reserve side to be promoted higher that the 1st team. Even if FC Omniworld had not been relegated the Amateurs would not get into the playoff. In this situation, I would imagine that Omniworld Amateurs would automatically be relegated to accomodate the 1st team in the division.
nickisok
well in a couple of minutes we'll see what happens. i can't really predict what will happen.
nickisok
they are a reserve squad for fc omniworld. but i think its quite silly that a team that became champion of their competition could get relegated because their "better" collegeaus messed up
nickisok
well it seems 2 teams got promoted from the play-offs, and 2 teams in the jupiler league got relegated. means the omniworld amateurs get relegated as well. i still think its a strange situation
