Super Striker
I have a good young striker who's not quite ready for first team football. I have the option of shipping him out to my feeder club so he can regularly play first team football, however I'm wondering if this would benefit him more than staying with the club and making use of our better training facilities and coaches? Kickballz
If you can play him in around 10-15 matches that would be best. Maybe just bring him on for the last 20 minutes of as many matches as you can. It's annoying when you ship him out and either he doesn't get played or he doesn't improve, but if you are sure he's going to become a first team player then I'd just get him playing, despite his young age. phnompenhandy
A combination of both is best. Providing he gets first team football at a decent level at your feeder he should spend half a season there. The other half get him tutored and do focused training.
