swapping strikers

Just wondering

Do you ever set your strikers so swap positions during a game

And Has It Worked

Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. But with new, clearer defined roles for Strikers it's a little difficult to switch Robinho/Adebayor or Rooney/Berbatov since they play such different games.

I've found it more effective (at top level anyway) to swap the wingers. Occasionally, with them set to "cut inside". Space opens up regularly.

I used to have my striker learn to play winger and my winger learn to play striker; that way, I could just switch them off during a game, which would really screw with opposition man marking. Haven't done it yet this year, though, because of what backpackant pointed out: the roles limit which strikers can play where a little bit.
