rugby1991
What affects the quality of the newgens coming through your system the most, is it facilities, current squad, reputation or something else?
Magic7
I don't know about reputation, but facilities always seem to make a big difference for me.
Cravien
Reputation matters, as well as facilities. If you have max reputation, you get the best possible mean yield of newgens, coupled with the best facilities.
R-dizzle
I've read many a time that its totally random. You'll find talent everywhere, the best ones will get snatched up by the bigger teams just like in real life. Not all the kids with best potential apply for the likes of Man Utd or Arsenal, they often go for their local team and scouts pick them up after a year or so. This is true in the game I've seen with some of the best kids appearing at the likes of Coventry, Kilmarnock, Shef Wed and Liverpool
Robin_ellis_19
As soon as they turn 17 (pro contract) put them into your first team training, as you cant do that until there 17 for some reason. Play them in cup games, friendlies and league games when your 3/4 goals in the lead, it improves them dramatically getting first team experience.
