Free Position

Hi,

I would like to set one of my player on a Free Position = Position Libre . Like for Messi at Barcelona.

Remark: I play the game in french and maybe my confusion comes because of the translation.

In FM 2009 there was a button "Free Position" in the Player Instructions.

I have noticed that this has dissapeared on FM 2010, maybe not totally because we have this:

- Roam from position (Yes or No) = Décroche" de son poste

- Run from Deep (Rarely, Sometimes et Often) = "Décrocher"

Does "Run from Deep" mean "to shake off one's marker, to lose one's marker" ? If so I think it would be translated to "Se Démarquer" in stead of Décrocher.

Because they use 2 times the same verb "Décrocher" I was thinking that these 2 instructions are complementary instructions, am I wrong ?

So, are these new orders 2 complementary or different instructions? Or just a more detailed instructions of Free Position?

If so, I would like to know if I have to set it on Yes and Often to have the equivalent of Free Position?

Roam from position has replaced free role, because it describes what the instruction does better.
