Training

How many coaches should a club have for training in every category? I suppose I should have asked this when I first started - but was curious if having 2 coaches with 4.5-5 star ratings is better than or worse than having, say, 4 or 5 with 3 star ratings. Is there a player:coach ratio that should be observed? Is only one GK coach sufficient?

Also, is it worth it to essentially max training, or is the risk of injury too severe?

Lastly, does the workrate stat determine how much a player can train without injury? How can I tell what players I can push to the max and which players need a lighter training schedule?

Cheers.

1) The star rating for the training in any given area is the important thing, and you can get away with one coach on a training area provided you don't have so many players it overworks him. I would always aim for 'light' coach workloads. Beyond that, the limiting factor is how many coaches your board will let you have.

2) I would not do this. Not only do you risk injury but your players might end up too tired to play well.

3) This is more likely to be determined by the hidden 'injury proneness' stat. A player's physio report on their training page can give you a clue as to whether this is low, high or average. However, if you push a player with low work rate too hard they may start to become unhappy about their training schedule.

ok

to find if one gk coach is enough simply uncheck one of them and see what happends to the gk coaching rating .

try to split the number of coaches evenly between what you want them to do but if you have very few youth players obviously go with less youth coaches(some people dont go for specialists so have less problem here) it will tell you how many coaches is the maximum you can have

for the intensity id stick to medium but keep an eye on if your players are getting injured on the training ground or something and if they are decrease the intensity
