Editor improvements with Patch 10.2

I suggest to SIGames to think about enhance the editor with the next patch.

Now the editor for leagues is good but not a powerful instrument as it could be for several reasons:

- it is not possible to create international competitions

- it is not possible to edit existing leagues and this is really annoying, since for changing just 1 parameter of a league it would be necessary to re-create it from scratch

- it is not possible to set properly the geographical criteria for regional division, so during the years there are "strange" movements of teams between leagues, this is not happening with leagues inside the game, because the editor used by SI programmers is much more powerful and with more options available

- it would be nice to decide if we want to take out some rules, such as the signature for u18 of certain nations

I ask also to other users to post their impressions and suggestions!

1 of the things i want too see in future games would be to have the option to take over a newly formed team and be able to choose which country to asign them too. I know its possible via editor but i would rather not touch that as no doubt i would break my game
