Pa is Potential ability, it basic tells you that the maximum a players ca (current ability) can reach, wheteher they will or wont is down to how they are developed. It's on a scale or 1 to 200 with 200 being the best. It is also measured in negatives for very young players on the game, this is done between -1 and -10. The closer the number is to -10 means when the game is started they will have a higher potential ability. So -10 will create a PA of 180-200, -9 = 160-180 and so on.

These attributes are only visible in the editor not in the full game.
