Mariners
This may be a stupid question to some, but there again, I am stupid, so, I have bought the retail boxed version of the game and want to play it offline, instead of having to go through that piece of crap Steam every time I want to play. I understand how to do that thanks to useful posts on here but my question is, if I use the option to Play Offline, will my Internet actually be turned off, as it where, i.e. I have no interconnection at all whilst playing the game, or does it only apply to FM2010? wrightinio
If you've bought the boxed version then you don't need to install via Steam or play offline/online. You only need to have the disc in the drive to be able to play this year. EDIT - Misread your post. Apologies. Do you mean simply playing the game by yourself, i.e. NOT a network game? grumpus
If you bought a boxed version you don't have to do anything involving Steam to play it; it's just an option to activate it as a Steam game if you want, so that it will autopatch and give you access to the Steam Achievements.
