Thebaker Posted September 21, 2009 Share Posted September 21, 2009 Best way is to get all the first teamers onto FT contracts, along with any really good youngsters. Usually only have to offer £30-50 more than a PT contract and it makes such a huge difference you should be able to get promotion. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
