kimjjj
Perhaps it should be possible to tutor staff members ? For example if you have an older player who's recently retired and has turned into a coach, it should be possible to take that coach under your wing and teach him how you like to do things. That way his development as a coach could happen faster and it could also turn him into a coach who prefers your style of tactics and playing style etc., thus making him fit better into your general managerial style. An idea ?
Gilles Domoraud
Good idea. It would work well under the new tactical direction. Where the coach could learn your set up and preferred player roles?
bardock
It's a good idea but useless in it's current setup (couldn't think of another way of saying it). I don't think it matters if the coach share the same managing style as you if it does then ignore the first line. It'd be good to have the old coaches teach the younger ones so they develop in a certain direction as opposed to just gaining stats randomly and switching them around. If you have a 7 star coach in attacking you can get a younger coach to learn the trade from him. It'll sort of work like the players only on a smaller less complicated scale (no sliders just a simple tutor option).
