Suggestion for future games

Many of my senior players seem to get injured all at once (like in my braintree game where all the first team forwards are injured for 2 months+, so how about an option in player interaction for younger players saying that " You're gonna have to step up to the mark here"

i think it would make a massive difference with the performances made by younger players and make them different to older players.

So essentially, you want a command that allows your younger players to instantly improve so they can replace your injured players?

Or you could go easier on the fitness training.
