Tom-Hull-City
For example do you tell your players to mark a player give them diffrent instructions before every game change your formation home and away... because i dont realy, i have a tactic but dont go to deep into it. Does It make a big diffrence
peter-evo
I don't do anything before a game unless there is a very obvious player/area that I am going to get hurt by. I also don't change my tactic specifically for home and away games as I have faith that my tactic is solid enough to work both ways. If I had the time, I probably would delve into the tactical side of the game a lot more.

dafuge
I get straight into it. Choose my team, a quick team talk then into the match.
Nacho Dementor
I find myself constantly just clicking ask assistant on most team talks. It always seems to be "for the fans" but didnt stop me winning everything a few seasons in a row. Always use same tactic. I always get annoyed when i have to do a press con because its all the same. Id rather just get the game underway. Even then i turn the speed almost to the fastest.
