Brian Shanahan Posted July 8, 2009 Share Posted July 8, 2009 Ukraine is 7 foreigners on pitch at any time, five year naturalisation, is a mid level league, so some of your best players will go easily. League is like Scotland two very strong teams, some middling teams, some very weak teams. I recently started a game with Shakhtar, they will be your only challengers for first few seasons. Look around Ukraine some very good players going cheap. As Saxonaitor says load what you want, as the foreinger rule applies, and Ukraine is not EU country.
