Guest Hirota
It seems the activation fix doesn't work (mentioned here and downloaded from here) I have tried it on Windows 7 x64 (Build 7100), and Vista x64 Service Pack 2. Wouldn't be shocked about the 7 issue, but Vista having problems is cause for concern, and doesn't appear to be mentioned in the support pages. I do have the opportunity to use windows xp (32-bit) as a workaround, but not everyone may have that luxury. screenshot of error http://img14.imageshack.us/img14/9899/errorbon.png Log below: See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.BadImageFormatException: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. FrazT
Although it is not the same error message, it appears to be the same fix as here: When launching the game you receive the following Error: “FM.exe application error. The application has failed to initialize correctly (0xC0150002). Click on OK to stop the application.” Fix: This can be resolved by updating the Microsoft Dot.Net framework, please visit the following URL to download: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=0856EACB-4362-4B0D-8EDD-AAB15C5E04F5&displaylang=en
