barnetti
Hi all, Just a quick check that i am conducting training correctly because some of my players stats are not going up e.g: Bojan - 18 year old wonderkid Vela - 19 wonderkid Giovani dos Santos - 20 wonderkid Sergio Aguero - 20 wonderkid Marcelo - 21 (ish) Micah Richards - 20 Ezequiel Garay - 22 Matias Fernandez - 22 For all of the above, un-importnant stats go up from 9 to 20, or 11 to 12, but things like Finishing, Pace, tackling, Passing etc dont move at all (e.g. after 2 seasons, Bojans finishing is still 16) The following is how i conduct training: E.g. for the attackers i started a new training regime, put them in it, and then pulled the sliders in the top right to where i wanted them (i.e. almost no defending, lots of attacking shooting strength etc so that overall was just under heavy work load) Then i stopped, i assumed this was correct, i dont need to do anything silly like assign coaches do i, i though that was done automatically. Also when i click on training -> coaches, i have maximum stars for all training types and im arsenal so my training facilities are amazing. Any advice would be great, Thanks, Barnetti

smiddon11
You need to click on Auto Assign All in the Coaches tab on the Training menu or look at their stats and assign them according to their strong points.

Klimowicz
match coaches training types to schedules. also, whichever coach has good mental ratings (man management, discipline, motivating etc), if you can, put him on all schedules. bear in mind that younger, undeveloped players are easier to train. tutoring players also has a positive effect. jedclough
I have saved regimes for the following training areas: GK,FB,DC,DM,AM,Wing,FC,Condition, preseason. This generally covers all positions (i've also got similar set ups for youth). The condition is a good one to use when you've got a technically very good player but with low fitness or strength. I assign one coach to each of the main areas: 2 fitness (aerobic, strength) 1 gk three technical (ball control, shooting, set pieces) 1 tactic 1 def 1 att I usually get pretty good results with this set up. You have to remember that some stats should go up quicker than others and some can't be trained (influence, concentration ( i think!))
Klimowicz
having separate regimes improves key stats while defenders shooting for example would decrease to nothing, but having one schedule for the whole team has always worked for me. its great when the whole team has decent to top passing attributes and it shows in matches.
