How the pre/post match press conferences are flagged up

If anyone out there could shed some light on this I'd be much the wiser!

I love the drama that can be dished out in the game lately with mind games, player unrest tactics etc, but I would love to know why big games for my Fulham team against Liverpool in which Gerrard gets sent off doesnt get flagged for talk after the game and why minor scrappy games against Wigan are so lengthy in questions from journalists.

I'd love to be asked 'do you think Gerrard should have walked' etc etc.

...or when Bent scored against me and he was suspected to be offside and I lost the game, I could have made this a talking point.

Does the game engine randomly throw these up or are they selected specifically?

It would make it so much better

I would imagine that they are random, although some of them are programmed to appear if a certain thing happens.
