Very few World Player of the Year winners/WPY hopefuls have had the speedy rise to frame of C.Ronaldo and Messi. Recreate the Sporting CP/Man United/Barcelona youth experience to create a monster.

In this challenge. you'll have to grow a player, testing your knowledge of training schedules, your ability to motivate players through player interaction and hang onto them, your ability to maintain the fitness of young players playing at very high intensity and simply your smartness in creating/editing a player*

The winner is the fastest to WPY award (rounded of to the nearest month) ties are broken by total points.

NB: This is not an individual effort as your team has to gel around a player and perform well to keep player. Also, WPY awards are bound to biased towards England. Spain, Italy. It is advisable to make sure you’re in one of these leagues when your player is peaking. There is also a bias towards attackers and possibly a nationality bias (due to national team performances). Team awards seem to help too.
