gyxi Posted March 6, 2009 Share Posted March 6, 2009 I'm not quite sure, but I think it is youth coach instead of ass. manager. Just offer contracts as youth coaches to the ones you want in the first place. Once accepted, offer them a new contract - this time just in the role you want them to be in (first team coach etc.)! If you want to increase the amount of allowed coaches at your club, you must ask the board to improve youth and training facilities.
