Ben Jones
When scouting young players my scouts often pull this up as a weakness the player has. Should I avoid these players or is it sometime they get better at? Thanks
stuboy
I think it depends on how old they are, really young players mental stats aren't fully developed so I think they might improve. I guess you also have to decide if you want a brillant player who doesn't also play well, or someone who is consistent but never reaches the same heights. Shizzle
Consistency improves with age and more importantly match practice, it's ok for 1 under 18 year old to be a bit inconsistent.
phnompenhandy
Age, experience AND tutoring. If he's otherwise worth having for the future, this problem can be overcome.
