I have a balance of 23m and transfer budget of 4.5m!!! Oh my days! After first season promotion and 3 seasons of struggling in L1 with 10k transfer budgets, it's now time to roll with the big boys! I like Exeter, I went to uni there and it was very cheap to get in and stand on a proper terrace - sadly that's now a million miles away from even Brighton who I support. I went to Exeter uni too, hence the unerring support of the Grecians! Apologies if the post did seem a little redundant, I was low on people to share my excitement with.
