markcox7
IRL "getting skinned" , means an opposition player is getting past a player easily, eg, Ronaldo would skin a defender all day long, get around him all too easily
kamfai
so if Rio Ferdinand getting skinned all too often today. Mean Rio can't mark oppsition players, allow them to run pass him to easy? (negative effect)
velonce
yeah it means Rio isn't anticipating well enough, the attacker is too fast/tricky and keeps on running past him. Something along those lines.

markcox7
if your playing against a team with a fast striker like that, i can think of people like Andy Johnson, Gabby Agbonlahor, try defending a little deeper, so they cant get around him so easily, and if they do, they are close to the GK, and play a DMC so they dont spend all game running at poor old Rio!!
