jod123 Posted February 12, 2009 Share Posted February 12, 2009 Go to the player's screen. Then go to their training overview section. You should see an option ro retrain to a new position. Choose the postition you want from the drop down menu and that is it. Tactics go in My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\tactics.
