Based on this thread here (http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=101353&highlight=stopped+working), I would encourage you to do the following: Download the 9.2.0 patch Download the latest Direct X drivers Download the latest drivers of your graphics card Download the latest Java Runtime Environment Hopefully this would fix your problem as it did for the guy in the other thread. P.S. It would be useful to do a search of the forums if you encounter future issues. There might be already existing threads which could yield solutions, thus cutting down on the waiting time to fix your issue.

CaptainPlanet
Try installing and running the game through steam. I know it's not everyones favourite piece of software, but I've seen it help people before.

Ediocy
Hmm sorry to hear that. It seems there were a few more similar threads and the issue went away after they had done those suggestions. What you can do now would be to post in this thread (http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=63556) and wait for a SI tech to reply and help you out. Or create a thread in the Technical Sub-forum (http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=114). Sorry I cannot be of any more help other than pointing you in the right direction. Edit: Found this piece of advice from another thread. Another option which has worked for other people is below:Right click on the FM icon (fm.exe) Go into properties Go into compatability and make sure the box in cpompatability ISN'T ticked. CaptainPlanet
Try right-clicking the shortcut on the desktop and choosing properties, then find "compatability mode" and change it to Windows XP Service Pack 2. Then right-click the icon on the desktop and choose "run as administrator" Or try deleting the certificate (to do with the activation of the game), instructions here: http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php?t=63556 Or try stopping any background services in windows that might be stopping the game from running Deleting all traces, re-installing from scratch and re-authenticating. Install and authenticate, and then run the game before applying the latest patch. If all this fails, post your DXdiag in the technical issues forum.
