Determination, the ability of him to believe in his team to overcome a deficit in the game. Man Management, happiness of the player and to manage them well Motivating, the ability to talk to them and encourage them to get better results. E.g. if you have mentality differences between lines, ass. man. will always say "We have a gap between lines and it could be exploded". Do you have to care? Maybe, maybe not.
