As most teams have inferior squads I find the best way is to first nullify their attack then hope to nick a goal or 2 at the other end, here is the formation I use - http://www.picoodle.com/view.php?img=/3/12/28/f_ManUretactim_16a10cf.jpg&srv=img37 Don't expect to thrash them, however it really seems to frustrate them into throwing more and more caution to the wind, resulting in you grabbing a goal at the other end.
