making more players trained at club in fm2009

i don't know it is posted already or not for fm 2009

well i just used this trick for juventus. marchionni in 2009-2010 season already spent three seasons with juventus (age 28-29). i edit with fm editor english version (the one uses mcfm template) his birth date to 20 years old. and continue to next day. he is trained at club and if i change with actual birth, this status is not changed. well, i tried with chiellini and mollinaro but failed with nedved. don't know why. hope it will be helpful.

note: make sure that the player that will be edited has already spent 3 seasons with the club.
