Custom main division cup not starting. Any help lads?

So im trying to get a custom cup to work and im building it from scratch in Advanced for the first time.

The premise is as follows

Starts with 13 groups of 4 teams. The 4teams for these groups areall teams in the "Championship tier" of my league which is 4 leagues across 4 regions

The top team from these 4 groups move onto thte next round which puts them in 2 groups one being 6 and the other being 7  12 teams move on from this group

The next state is a basic  64 team knockout round 52 premiership clubs and 12 of the qualified teasm from the previous rounds

And so on and so on 64  - 32 - 16 - 8 - 4 - 2 - final

I cant it it to start I have had a look at the english advacned files and copied bits over but i really cant figure it out. its the first tiem ive every tried to makle a cup purely in advanced.
