Help with stadium moves pre game editor

Hi there,

I'm having a problem with stadium moves which I thought I had made in the pre game editor which are not reflected when I start a new game.

I am playing with a created team and all teams (main, U23s, U18s) currently play in stadium A (created in the editor). I want the main team to move to a bigger stadium (stadium B, also created in the editor) but I'd like for the U23s and U18s to continue playing their games in stadium A. The move is set to happen in January 2021. When I start a new game, my club has already moved to the new stadium. Any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated.
