At the half way mark the top half of each group are promoted to play in a championship league, and the lower half of the groups are dropped into a relegation league. Samuel77 Posted October 25, 2019 Share Posted October 25, 2019 Hello, If I understood correctly you have to creat a mother compétion (with three groups) and then in the mother compétition you creat two playoff stage, one for relegation and one for champion.
