How to change first-last name order for nations

Hello,

Recently I edited a nation into the game using the now-extinct South Vietnam as backbone. Everything seemed to work smoothly until regen time, when I discovered that regens from this newly edited nation have their names displayed in last name - first name format as per Vietnamese naming traditions instead of the European tradition of first name - last name (for example, "Smith John" instead of "John Smith"). I'm wondering if there is a way for me to fix this
