Change number of teams in league / pyramid rules for one year

Hi, 

First time posting. 

Given Bury's expulsion from League One and the potential for the same to happen to Bolton, i was wondering how you'd go about editing England's league rules so that League One would have 22/23 teams for just one year, with one fewer team relegated from L1 and L2. Is there a way of doing this?

There is a way to make rules only count for one year, however, you have to make the rules for both that year and the years afterwards.

You go to the division you’re editing, go to ‘competition,’ and tick start year and end year, and enter in the years you want those rules to apply for

You have to make a separate set of rules for years after (or before) this change
