OspreyJ
(Starting off unemployed and holidaying through) This is based off a video that @GoldenFM made a while ago. He explains the rules here, but I'll explain them below (I've made a few adjustments, but it's still worth watching the video). Basically, a team takes players from the opposing team based on the amount of goals scored. If a game ends 3-2, the winning team gets the three highest rated players from the opposing team, and the losing team gets the two lowest rated players on the winning team. There is an exception: if the winning team gets four or more goals, they get to choose the players to steal, and which to give up (if applicable). So even if Harry Kane has a disasterclass game and would not get moved based on his ratings, the opposing team can pick him if they so please. If the game is a draw, the players traded are chosen randomly, but the amount of players traded is still based on the score: in a 2-2 draw, each team loses two players and gains two new ones. If it's a 0-0 draw, the teams trade top scorers. If one player scores a Hat Trick, his team can choose an extra player to steal. If a player gets a red card, he is sent to a random team. If a game goes to OT, any goals in OT result in a loan spell to a club rather than a transfer. So if it's 1-1 at the end of regular play, both teams get one player under the rules for a draw. Once it's in overtime, it's treated like a completely seperate game, but instead of 'stealing' players permanently, the teams get players on loan. If it goes into PKs, it has no effect on what happened earlier and the game is treated like a draw (if any goals were scored in overtime, OT rules are still in use: loans) No player can be stolen on their debut for a club. No exceptions. Once a player has been stolen, he is safe for thirty games in all comps. This, however, resets when the season ends. He has a few more rules, but they make sense only because he's managing a team. I won't be managing a team, I'll be unemployed and making edits with the in-game editor. I'll do this for the Championship and the Premier League in England, as well as the FA Cup, Carabao Cup, Community Shield, etc (if the game saves old matches for those like it does for League Football). As for Europe, I edited the UEFA Champions League a bit so that it is basically the 'Top 5 Nations' league. This should make stuff more interesting, for instance, Messi could go to Everton!
