Yes I have got that achievement, I'm not 100% sure but I think looking at the date achieved that it would be Hamburg - 1st season on original database, playing a very simple 442 we were joint on top with Bayern and Dortmund with 4 games to go before chucking it away by only taking 4 points from 12.
