NCFC Gee
I haven't posted a tactic on here since 2008 as i don't feel any of the tactics i've created have been good enough, this one however seems to be as good for me as any of the others i've tried on here to date so i thought i would share it with you and see if it works for anyone else as well as it did for me. I managed to get Norwich City promoted in the first season despite having a relatively weak team having decided to use a lot of young players in the squad and getting rid of a few quality players that i felt were too old or weren't worth the wages they were on. I have tried 3 up front many times and it never seems to quite work for me much as other players seem to make out it does for them so i wanted to try something different and go with just 2 up front instead with an attacking midfielder helping them out. Download link :- 3-4-1-2 Gee.fmf As you can see it had 3 cb's, 2 wb's, 2 cm's, 1 am and 2 strikers I never used any OP's, for team talks i always remain calm before kick off and if i'm losing, drawing or winning by only 1 goal i assertively tell them to play better although if this makes a difference or not i don't know. Training i just put all the players to train for their individual roles i.e. all keepers to train as sweeper keepers, all central midfielders to train as deep lying playmakers etc.. Any feedback would be appreciated, i'm very interested to know how this tactic does for other players out there.
