Few rulesMust take a job close to home to start withMust start with zero experience & coaching qualificationsMust try to make a living - eg - income beats expenditure of where you're working (rent & average food bills etc)All Leagues must be addedNo use of genie scout - only players your scout finds can be bid forMy manager has taken the plunge & ended up with a job at Persiba Balikpapan in the Indonesian Liga One - we have a relegation battle on our hands straight away.I will be looking to upload three episodes per week & travel the world.
