I'm comparing my actual manager for U20 with a possible substitute, the new one seems far way better, but if i check below i see few bars which tell me that my actual manager is better (or it is only the reputation level?). For example Fabio Grosso says 10 as HoYD and Bunn just 1, Grosso has 16 as manager and Bunn 10, atleast on those bars, instead as assistant manager Bunn show as better then Grosso. How do i have to consider those bars? Also if anyone have any suggestions for U18/20 managers/assistans would be more then welcome and appreciated.
