laneystain Posted October 28, 2016 Share Posted October 28, 2016 The new role of 'Data Analyst' has been put into FM17. I'm in search of one and have put an advert out in the job centre. Is there any specific attributes you need to look out for in a good data analyst? They all seem to have similar high adaptability & level of discipline attributes. dannydude1511 Posted October 29, 2016 Share Posted October 29, 2016 For a data analyst I generally look for the same things as a scout, so judging potential and ability. I also pay attention to other mental attributes such as determination and man management, however these don't seem as important. If it is a data analyst for a youth side I look for working with youngsters and working with youngsters, but apart from that it's just guesswork really.
