For example tear from Spain Catalonia and the Basque Country, to create individual league teams, etc .... And the second question. On the basis of the GDR I created a new nation. No that is not possible But You can Replace a New Country There is Some Countries look like: West-Germany, East-Germany, CIS, etc. In our Project we use Tatarstan for CIS (The Commonwealth of Independent States) And your second question, So I know that is not possible, But you can Create Union with Nations Member Look Like Europe Union.
