Like in this example: This is the player's card. He's got a decent influence rating, yet he's not a very good player and is also very young: As you can see, there are a lot of veteran players who would fit the captain role much, much better, having also an influence rating the same or even higher than Ryzhenkov (Zaripov, Varnakov, Azevedo, Daloga...)
