Players wanting to leave after not responding to media

Maybe this is a philosophy thing, but IMO, way too often do players end up in very long term unhappiness do to not responding to another player's media event. One such game is the "Olympic Fail" save I have uploaded, but I have seen at least three times in EA where by not responding (to be very specific, not choosing defend/build up praise or play down/criticize, just the no response option) to a media event about a star player causes others to want to leave. In the Olympic Fail case it has been over 18 months since I choose to ignore praise on Malkin, and Crosby still wants to be traded.
