Keep conceding the same goal from freekicks - advice needed

I have conceded this exact goal 5 times in 9 matches this season and I just don't know how to stop it.

This is my setup for defending FKs: 4x Man 3x Wall(although that doesn't work from that far out) 2x far post and 1x near post

I've also tried having 2 on go back and one forward instead of having them on the posts but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Any help on stopping or reducing this would be appreciated.
