I have been able to sign a few 15yr old Brazilians but they won't actually join my club until they are 18. I know this rule has been around for many years - just wondered if I can edit it out? I didn't know if the editor could tweak the age somewhere. I realise that this would probably be quite difficult as I believe it is a FIFA directive for non EU countries, rather than specific to an individual country. Thanks for your help.
