A Very quick editor question, for network game

If I go into my editor and change the finances clubs have, say give some 100 million transfer budget for first season, then I start a game as host, will the other players also have to have changed their finances or will they all still have the money that I put into my game. The reason for this is there are 5 of us who have played for a few years as EPL clubs, however recently it has been too much of an advantage for the people who are Man city,Chelsea and Man Utd compared to the other two at Arsenal and Liverpool, so just trying to even it up a bit
