Question about registered teams in europe (problem, HELP)

hey,

I try to change the teams in europe with the editor.

I think most of the changes went well, but I checked only teams in Israel.

anyway, I've registered H.Tel-Aviv to Champions League, M. Haifa + M.Tel-Aviv + Bnei Yehuda in Europa League.

all the changes took affect when I started a new game except Maccabi Haifa.

for some reason still B. Jerusalem participate in Europa League.

I checked it several times, but I can't figure out why it's happening...

any help?
