[FM10] 4-3-2-1 tactic that seems to be working well

I've been playing around with the tactics creator, trying to make a nice tactic before the game is released. This is the one I've had the most success with so far:

First run as Tottenham, ended up 1st with 47 points by the end of the demo. Second run, against with Tottenham, I finished 3rd by the end of the demo with 41 points.

The above Chelsea game was my third test run with this tactic.

In all three games, I didn't buy/sell any players or make drastic changes to the tactic during the course of the season. In both Tottenham games, I made NO changes to the tactic at any stage. In the Chelsea game, I set the default "Starting Strategy" to attacking rather than standard. In away matches against the big four teams, I would set it back down to control or standard. For tight home games, I set it to control.

I would appreciate it if anyone could download this tactic and give it a go as I don't have much time to play at the minute. It would be great to see some trials in the lower leagues and if any tweaks to the tactic can make it better.
