I got tired of managing Man Utd for 8 seasons, winning the league and CL each year, the treble 3 or 4 times, the quadruple 2 times etc. So Roma offered me a job and I took it. Anyway, coming from a rich and highly reputable club I found it harder to attract good staff. But of the good 6 star coaches I signed, some of them have regressed to 5 stars. Is this normal? It has happened with 3-4 coaches in a time span of less than half a season. It sucks. Soon my board won't allow me to hire replacements so I can get 6 stars on every category. Intercept Posted September 5, 2009 Share Posted September 5, 2009 Simple answer, yes. Complicated answer, yes. They are like players, they have variable stats which change from season to season. I'm not sure how, why or what cause's them to change but they do change. I've had coaches going from 5 star to 6 star coaches and the other way round. Still don't know how to "develope" them correctly if that is even possible. Sometimes you just have to cross your fingers and pray it seems. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
